The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority meeting planning services staff provides trained professionals to take the load off your team when it's your time to shine. We offer a full range of meeting planning services including shuttle coordination to and from the airport or rail terminal, registration assistance with trained professionals, restaurant reservations, site inspections before your meeting or convention, attendance building programs, spouse and traveling partner programs, public relations assistance and many more convention services.

CLIENT DIRECT PROGRAM

  • Local Business Services – Our convention services team sends out leads on behalf of clients to ACCVA local business partners for support and meeting planning services such as transportation companies, off-site caterers, destination marketing companies, photographers and more.
  • Special Events - Recommendations for spouse programs, group activities, themed parties and unique venues.
  • Facilitate Site Inspections – Convention Services will coordinate details of your next visit and liaison with local businesses, attractions, and restaurants and off site venues.
  • Community Awareness/Welcome Program – This program includes welcome signage in over 100 local businesses and on the Convention Center or Boardwalk Hall Marquis. Qualified shows also receive welcome signage on the Atlantic City Expressway Toll Plazas, welcome banners, and ribbons.
  • “Show Me Your Badge ” – Just by showing their badges, attendees at qualified shows receive discounts or promotional consideration at participating partner restaurants and businesses.
  • Attendance Building and Promotional Materials
 
  • Depending upon the size of your group, one year prior to your show, ACCVA will provide a promotional display booth staffed with a services professional at your conference sharing regional information, promoting Atlantic City and generating excitement.
  • Promotional Materials - We can provide visitor guides, customized fact sheets, promotional brochures, buttons, parking and restaurant maps, postcards and logoed stickers. Depending upon the size of your group, a reasonable number of these materials are available on a complementary basis.
  • ACCVA will provide a link to our website to facilitate attendee access to local information and regional services.
  • ACCVA will also provide a full range of media support including Camera ready and Digital images of Atlantic City, press releases; local media contact lists and more.
  • Registration Services – ACCVA has over 125 part-time professional, bonded and uniformed personal to assist with your registration and convention service needs. This support service is available to you whether you are meeting in the convention center or another regional venue.
  • Restaurant Reservations Cart – Our restaurant cart is provided on a complimentary basis to groups with attendance of 600 or more. Reservations are made on the spot! Menus and restaurant promotional coupons are on display. This service is available to smaller shows for a nominal fee.
  • On-Site Services – Our Visitor Welcome Centers, conveniently located on the Boardwalk and the Atlantic City Expressway, offer a full range of visitor information services, brochures and souvenirs.
  • Visitor Information Desk – Provided for groups with an attendance of 3000, our Concierge-type service is conveniently located in the lobby atrium of the convention center. The professional staff offers a full range of visitor information services and brochures.
  • Housing – ACCVA has partnered with AC Central Reservations to provide seamless full-service, stress-free housing reservations for shows and events of any size.
